DTA launches the industry’s first guidance on digital therapeutics best practices

This week, the Digital Therapeutics Alliance (DTA) announced the release of the “DTx Value Assessment and Integration Guide.” This represents an important step for the DTx industry: a framework for understanding how to evaluate and implement DTx products.

I haven’t had a chance to read the entire document yet (hey, it’s 54 pages and was just released yesterday!) but am excited about its potential to help elevate the DTx industry. This document helps establish standards that DTx companies should be following to ensure that they are delivering high-quality innovation to patients. It also serves as a guide for organizations that are looking to implement DTx products, so they understand not only how to differentiate quality DTx programs from those with less rigor behind them, but also how to implement DTx initiatives and get these tools into the hands of the right patients.

Looking forward to seeing this guide in practice as the industry scales!
